Pain, like any other emotion, is temporary. And as the saying goes, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Try to feel it and go through the natural process of experiencing it, but be responsible and aware of it to find the positive side.
I, like you, have suffered through it, and it's never easy... But in life, everything is a matter of PERSPECTIVE, so look at it from the perspective of love and you'll find the answer.
And if you think about it, sometimes pain can be a choice. Many situations depend on us and how we handle them to provoke one feeling or another.
In the end, life is like colors. The more, the better, and the more beautiful. However, if they disappear, everything becomes monotonous, boring, and gloomy...
